Producers Cooperative Oil Mill is a farmer-cooperative-owned entity that operates in the oilseed crop processing industry. The new facility had a total project cost of approximately $50M and consisted of six 105’ diameter grain storage bins, nine 48’ diameter meal pellet storage bins, and one 26’ diameter day tank. Advanced Engineering Resources provided structural design for the following:

• Approximately 2,000’ of conveyor trusses, including spans of greater than 125’
• 31 truss support towers, reaching heights of approximately 140’
• 3 grain elevator towers, reaching heights of approximately 190’
• 16 bin foundations
• 6 reclaim tunnels, and
• Truck/Rail unloading facility.
