Summary of Experience:

Mr. Smith has spent the majority of the past 40 years in nitrogen fertilizer production facilities providing civil/structural engineering design in for a range of projects spanning site layout design, drainage, roads, railroads, water supply intake and discharge, structure design of treatment ponds and pipelines, design of foundations, buildings and structural modifications. His primary focus consisted of in-plant modifications where he developed and utilized design strategies which minimized the impact on existing plant operations. Since 2003 he has been in private practice offering his services as consulting engineer.
