Provided civil, structural and materials handling design for ammonium nitrate process facility. Our engineering responsibilities included layout and design of all belt conveyors, layout and design of a multilevel 200 ft. x 80 ft. x 100 ft. tall process building providing support and access for finishing equipment including cooling drum, dryer, coating drum, cyclones, scrubbers, conveyors, elevators, screen and air handling equipment. Total project cost: $35,000,000.
